Subject: Scheduled Appointments ~ No Shows or Late-Comers
Regarding all scheduled readings (webcam, telephone, in-person), if you are late or a no-show, there is NO REFUND.
I wait 10 minutes past our scheduled time for webcam or telephone readings and then I sign off. The amount of time I'm waiting is eating into your reading time. If you've paid for a 30 minute reading, you won't want to wind up with 15 minutes. I may have other readings scheduled shortly after yours, and I need a break between readings. It's important to stay on schedule.
All in person face-to-face readings must be paid in advance.
